2002

  • GoldenRule is formed through a local management buyout of Red Brigade SA.
  • GoldenRule pioneers the industry in successfully sourcing specialized skills from foreign markets.

2007

  • GoldenRule is wholly acquired by NMT Group, previously known as Amabubesi Capital.
  • GoldenRule becomes a 100% black owned business.

2008

  • Completes first acquisition of Ek’Sheni Paradym.
  • Strong focus on equity candidates.

2016

  • GoldenRule launches the Immigration Service Offering and the Managed Recruitment Services Offering.
  • GoldenRule expands its reach to the Western Cape and Limpopo provinces.

2017

  • IT Skills Audits and Benchmarking Service Offering in partnership with IKM, is launched.

2018
